Every worker needs to know about their worksite's health and safety program. You may learn about your employer's health and safety program during your interview or during your job orientation. If not, ask your supervisor for more information. The following questions are a great place to start.

  • What are the hazards of my job?

  • What should I do if I get hurt at work?

  • Who do I ask if I have a safety or health question?

  • Are there any chemicals in the workplace?

  • When will I receive training on any safety gear I'll need to use?

  • When will I receive training on any chemical products I'll need to use?

  • What should I do if I see something I think is dangerous?
